2022 — PresentLead Product Designer
Lead product designer for HNext, TBO's B2B hotel-booking platform used by travel agents and corporate clients worldwide. I own end-to-end design — discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and delivery — across core booking, AI-assisted search, and the platform design system.
Impact: Simplified the core booking journey from seven steps to four; built the component foundation adopted across subsequent HNext product work.
2017 — 2022Senior Product Designer
Designed booking, checkout, and growth experiences for one of the largest hybrid travel agencies in the US — high-traffic flows where UX quality directly affected conversion and retention.
Impact: Shipped rewards and retention experiences that gave customers a reason to return beyond lowest-fare competition.
2015 — 2017Product Designer
Owned ecommerce and lifecycle design for one of India's largest online fashion brands at the time, serving customers across 1,000+ cities during a period of rapid mobile-first growth.

About
I started in agency work — shipping fast across clients and industries — then moved in-house through ecommerce at Yepme, growth and booking at Fareportal, and now lead design on a global B2B travel platform at TBO Holidays. That path shaped how I work today: grounded in craft, accountable to business outcomes, and comfortable partnering with product and engineering at scale.
I care about clarity in complex systems — the kind of products where a confused agent, customer, or operator has real cost. My strength is taking messy, high-stakes workflows and making them feel obvious without hiding the complexity that matters.
